Post-Humous Sperm Retrieval and Proprietary Rights in Human Tissue: Chapman v South Eastern Sydney Local Health District [2018] NSWSC 1231 

I recently appeared in the matter of Chapman v South Eastern Sydney Local Health District [2018] NSWSC 1231 which concerned an application for possession of sperm that was post-humously retrieved from the the Plaintiff’s late husband. The application was successful.
